Rose Hip Syrup

Rosehip syrup is very delicious. It also contains 20 times more vitamin C than oranges. Liquorice and Thyme Syrup

Thyme is an excellent herb to rid recovery from chest infections such as bronchitis & coughs. Thyme is rich in volatile oils that make it a powerful antiseptic, expectorant and antispasmodic. Thyme is beneficial in respiratory conditions such as coughs, bronchitis, pleurisy and asthma. Thyme is anti-bacterial anti-viral and an expectorant. Thyme has been known to be high in a constituent called thymol. It subsequently became used in mouthwashes, toothpastes and antiseptic cleansers. Liqourice has natural antibiotic properties and contains Vitamin E, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 complex, Biotin, Lecithin, Manganese, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Phosphorus, Protein, Zinc and other trace elements. Liquorice can be as effective as codine when used as a cough suppresant. It has high mucilage content which soothes irritated mucous membrane, and as an expectrorant will loosen your cough.
